Article Snippet: Fractions containing c70 were pooled, dialysed into bu¡er Uno-A (10 mM Tris^HCl, pH 8.0, 5% glycerol, 1 mM EDTA, 0.1 mM DTT, 50 mM NaCl), and applied to an UnoQ-6R column (Bio-Rad) and eluted with a linear gradient of bu¡er Uno-A and bu¡er Uno-B (bu¡er Uno-A with 1 M NaCl).
